Zaxby’s is expanding to Maryland and the DMV region, while Maryland Gov. Wes Moore is restarting the search for a new location for a cannabis incubator after community outcry and the FBI’s headquarters is being relocated to the Ronald Reagan Building in Northwest, D.C.
